We stayed in the hot tub cabin. It was great! We had some issues or errors on the hotels part. I was nervous bringing them to the attention of management because typically if your service sucks I don't waste my time. However the manager listened to my concerns apologized and offered a free meal at the Lake Hotel, great dinner. Overall they want you to have the best experience possible. Due to this I will always recommend this hotel.

Just the perfect place to launch your Yellowstone tour whether you come from the north, west or east. Hotel is amazing and the food is sublime. Staying in a cabin with shared bathrooms is as rough as it gets. Plenty other glam options.

We had a comfortable cabin that was clean and very nice. They accommodated our dogs with no problems. Was very cool to have ground sqirrels just outside the door and elk moms ahmnd calves roaming the grounds!

As of 3/2019 this is under reconstruction with the main hotel due to reopen in late summer. Limited meal service, good seating area in the map room lounge. They had finished renovating meeting rooms on the second floor. Good gift shop off lobby. Worth a stop just to poke your head into the map room.
